Shipping and Delivery Policy

 

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Generally, we ship the orders within the time specified on the product page. Your order may take 3-8 days to arrive. You can check the expected delivery date of your order at the time of placing an order.

The estimated delivery date of your orders may vary based on the location of the brand offering the product, as well as the pin code to which you want to ship the order. If any unexpected delay happens then we’ll notify you via e-mail/phone.

  • IS SHIPPING FREE?

Yes, free shipping is provided by us on orders over a specific amount which varies by product. You can check your shipping fee on the cart page in the Order Summary.  

  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, you can track your order on the track my order page. Usually, Courier services take up to 24 hours to activate tracking of an order, if still, you face an issue in tracking your orders you can contact us at support@juniordrive.in

  • What should I do if I miss the delivery?

We focus to deliver your orders within 3 – 4 days of purchase. If you are not present to receive your delivery, Courier services will attempt to contact you. Two more additional attempts will be made in the following days, after that your order will be returned to us and your account will be refunded for the order amount.

  • Can I get my orders at a specific time?

Courier services will try to deliver your order at a specific time for you. However, due to the schedule of their work it may not be possible every time. Please communicate with Courier services to see is it possible for your order.

  • Do you deliver internationally?

At present we deliver only within India. But we do accept most of the international payment modes.
