Return & Exchange Policy – Junior Drive
- Order Carefully:
Please review all product descriptions and check our size chart before making a purchase. Our clothing is generally true to size; however, some patterns vary in fit (e.g., kurtas have a snug fit, shirts are more relaxed). - What’s Not Eligible:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items or items that have been washed or used. - When Returns/Exchanges Are Allowed:
- We consider exchanges if there is a manufacturing defect or sizing issue and the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- If your desired product or size is not in stock, we may offer a return instead—subject to approval.
- How Returns Work:
- Customers must arrange pickup or ship the item back themselves; both-forward and return courier charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- Once your return is approved after inspection, we process the refund as store credit within 5–7 working days, which you can use for your next purchase at juniordrive.in.
- Exchange or return processing time is typically 2–5 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Size & Fitting Guidance:
Please refer to the size chart before ordering. Most clothing is true to size, but fit can vary; for example, our kurtas are snug-fitting, while shirts are more comfortable.
Refund Policy
- Final Sale:
All items purchased online are final sale. Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. - Payments:
Payments once processed are non-refundable under all circumstances. - Sizing:
We recommend resolving any size or fit queries prior to placing your order, as we do not offer exchanges for online purchases. - Damages During Shipping:
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide detailed photographs of the damaged items.
Depending on item availability, we will either send a replacement product or issue a cash credit note for the amount paid. The cash credit note can be redeemed on any future online or offline order. - Important:
Any items returned without an approved exchange or refund request will not be accepted or processed. - This policy applies to purchases made on juniordrive.in only. Orders placed via marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, etc.) must follow the respective platform’s return process.
