REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We offer easy returns & replacement on all orders sold at juniordrive.in Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. we will either refund the money or send a replacement product to you. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.

There are certain situations where only return or replacement are granted

  • You received the damaged, defective, or any fitting issues items.
  • The package is lost in transit due to the carrier’s error. (If an order is prepaid)
  • You receive the wrong item which is different from what is ordered.

To be eligible for a return or replacement. You need to replace it for the same item, your item must be unworn or unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags intact and proof of purchase.

To start a return or replace your items, you can contact us at support@juniordrive.in  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or replacement will not be accepted.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under the 15 Day Replacement policy

  • A product that has been used or worn.
  • A product that has been washed.
  • A product that is not in its original condition.
  • A product that is returned without all original packaging with tags and accessories and all the original items included with the product at the time of delivery
  • A Product received by the customer in good/working condition and now customer no longer wants the product or product is not as expected/effective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation

In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us. We will only be able to give you a refund if you request the cancellation before the shipping of items. If the order has already shipped, then we would be unable to process the cancellation of the package and can’t give you a refund. In this case, it will be eligible for a replacement if it is defective or has an incorrect size. please refer to 15 Day Replacement policy for further details.

 

Replacement

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace, it for the same item, send us an email at support@juniordrive.in 

 

Shipping return

To return your product, you should mail the product to: support@juniordrive.in

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

Invalid reasons for return and refunds

Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example that we cannot honor. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
