  We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items or items that have been washed or used.
• When Returns/Exchanges Are Allowed:
  • We consider exchanges if there is a manufacturing defect or sizing issue and the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • If your desired product or size is not in stock, we may offer a return instead—subject to approval.
• How Returns Work:
  • Customers must arrange pickup or ship the item back themselves; both-forward and return courier charges are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Once your return is approved after inspection, we process the refund as store credit within 5–7 working days, which you can use for your next purchase at juniordrive.in.
  • Exchange or return processing time is typically 2–5 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Size & Fitting Guidance:
  Please refer to the size chart before ordering. Most clothing is true to size, but fit can vary; for example, our kurtas are snug-fitting, while shirts are more comfortable.

  All items purchased online are final sale. Products once sold cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

  Payments once processed are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• Sizing:

• Damages During Shipping:
  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide detailed photographs of the damaged items.
  Depending on item availability, we will either send a replacement product or issue a cash credit note for the amount paid. The cash credit note can be redeemed on any future online or offline order.
• Important:
  Any items returned without an approved exchange or refund request will not be accepted or processed.
